Brain Age Mother’s Day Set To Release In Japan

Brain Age is getting a Mother’s Day set in Japan.

Among the long-running debate about video games and the brain, lies a simple observation that it does help short-term memory and decision making skills. This is especially true with games like Brain Age (also known as Dr. Kawashima’s Brain Training in Japan), a game franchise rife with mental gymnastics to see how you’re fairing mentally.

It’s looking like this brain training Switch title is giving you an idea of what to get your mother. Nintendo is selling a Mother’s Day set complete with two physical copies of the game, two styluses, and one set (out of four) Super Mario Paper Gift Bags.

Brain Age

That said, it’s a bit harder to find here in the states as the Brain Age Mother’s Day set is currently on in Japan for the understandable ¥7,656 ($71.12) price tag. It’s still possible for Europe as Mother’s Day is still a bit away. You’re pretty much out of luck, however, if you’re in the North America region.

Japan saw Brain Age launch first back in December 2019. European countries got a month later. What of us in North America? Well, it’s not even been announced.

Are you disappointed? Do you have anything planned for Mother’s Day? Tell us below!

Absolutely loves Pokémon and sought to write about it and Nintendo as a whole. After coming to the final decision... he decided to just start one himself all the while contributing to many other publications.
