Nintendo’s Offering Free Switch Online For A Limited Time

Switch Online free trial

A seven-day free trial of Nintendo Switch Online will be provided to anyone who purchases Animal Crossing: New Horizons before April 30.

Fans can finally get a hold of a pre-purchase of Nintendo’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons. To sweeten the deal, though, it appears they will be offering more than just the game to its customers until April 30, 2020. They will also be offering a free trial of its Switch Online service.

This news comes from its eShop page where it reads:

“Purchase the digital version by 4/30/2020 and receive a code for a free 7-day trial of Nintendo Switch Online. With Nintendo Switch Online, up to eight players* can have fun hanging out together on one island with online play!”

If you have yet to shelve out the fee for Switch Online, now’s a good chance to see if it’s worth it. Seven days may be a small amount of time to see all its features, but it is free and can give you the ability to play online and go about playing its ever-expanding library of older games.

Plans for individuals start at $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year. If you’re feeling generous, you can pay for up to eight family members to have access to the service for $34.99 a year.

Does this free trial provide a reason for you to pre-purchase the game? Would it have been better if it was a longer trial, so you can experience all it has to offer?

Absolutely loves Pokémon and sought to write about it and Nintendo as a whole. After coming to the final decision... he decided to just start one himself all the while contributing to many other publications.
