The game’s previous milestone of one million copies was hit merely three weeks after it went public. It built itself up as an action-RPG with the same developer as the beloved Final Fantasy franchise and the same producers as Bravely Default.
As the player, you can take control of one of eight travelers with unique backgrounds, skills, and aspirations. As with many other RPGs, you can choose to go it alone or team up with AI companions and let the original Final Fantasy-esque charm really sink in. Oh, and yes, it’s a pixel-art title with turn-based combat.
