Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy PC players force themselves into Nintendo Switch online matches.
Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy was released on Nintendo Switch last week. However, there’s no balance in the force.
PC players have been sneaking into online multiplayer matches for the Switch version of the game. In the official description, there is no mentioning of any cross-play functionality.
ResetEra user Max Payment posted this online:
I was excited to play this game online, so I picked it up immediately. I joined a game where 1 player was absolutely mopping the floor with us and he had .twitchtv in his username.
Sure enough, I looked him up and he was playing on PC in a switch server absolutely decimating everyone.
Apparently all you have to do is take the server IP from a console match, which is clearly visible on console, and enter it in the PC server browser and join.
Inputting the console IP address is seemingly allowing PC users to invade console matches. Twitter users have also been complaining about this, as it is ruining the online experience for many Switch players.

Aspyr is the ones responsible for this port, so hopefully, it will be patched out soon. We will keep you informed on any new updates.
